Arsen Javadyan joined to us as a FREE Member. He has over fourteen years of experience in IT. Now he is working as software consultant at Innovative Scheduling. Prior he worked at HPL Technologies and Synopsys, developing wide range of systems, applications and tools for defect data management solution in the area of semiconductor yield management software. The systems are used by many major clients such as Toshiba, IBM, SMIC and Fujitsu. He has worked for several years in State Engineer University of Armenia as a lecturer in fields of distributed security multi-agent systems, databases and wide range of programming technologies.

Arsen has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from State Engineering University of Armenia with specialization in Multi-agent Security Systems. He specializes in artificial intelligence, distributed multi-agent system, security systems and databases. In particular, he specializes in game theory, theory of programming languages, system programming, problem oriented computer systems, information technology, computer networks organization and systems modeling.

His IT expertise includes the programming languages: C/C++, C#, Java, ASP.NET and SQL; technologies and libraries: .NET Framework, OOP/OOD, COM/OLE, Sockets, Client/Server, Multithreading, ODBC/ADO/DAO/ORI and MFC/QT; Databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySql, FoxBase/QBase and Access.
